Linda HOgan: Just Leave Us Alone (But Don't Really)!

As we mentioned earlier today, Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, was released from jail at 12:30am Tuesday.
Nick served only 166 days of his eight month sentence.
As he left the jail, Nick was greeted only by sis Brooke, as his parents apparently care more about not seeing each other than seeing their son.
But, now, mommy is speaking out.
Linda Hogan has released a statement asking everyone for privacy. Hee hee.
This from the same lady who agreed to have her personal life video taped for TV?
Linda says, "This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick's adjustment back into the public life keeping it as normal as possible. Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy."

She continues, "Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."

You know, what happened was a horrible thing. Truely dreadful. And I am very sorry for John's conditon. And Nick deserved to be punished, and it was up to the Judge to decide what his punishment would be, and if he should be let out early. The decision was made, and we should respect the court's decision. I am an almost 40 year old, very responsible woman with a beautiful household, who can really relate to Nick. I also live in the Tampa Bay area and have all my life, and even though I have never encountered him or his family, I can only imagine what they are going thru. I did some super squirrelly things in my earlier years, just as many young people do. Nick just had the cards delt against him that night. But hopefully he will learn for a lifetime, as I have, that there is no better feeling in the world that knowing from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep you are abiding by all laws, and not giving those son-of-a-guns ANY reason to mess with you. Whether it is a little bit of grass, or not coming to a stop before turning right on red, or jay walking. Give them nothing. Be a model citizen and keep your chin up, Nick……
