hanson could seriously care less about their "fame". they do these walks to show people what children in africa have to endure in africa. and thats just a taste. hansons been to africa several times and the way they change lives is really inspiring. you obviously have no idea what exactly they are doing .

My Heart always belonged to Taylor! I loved Taylor so much! I really thought I was going to marry him when I was younger. I was the ultimate HANFAN! I had a huge website dedicated to them updated daily and full of fan fiction. I was obsessed with them during my teeny bopper days. And you are so right, The Jonas brothers remind me of them so much sometimes! :::sigh::: I miss the old days…lol.

I don't think they have THAT much in common than with the Jonai other than classic rock/soul rooted pop and being cute brothers. They are not BETTER, or worse, they are different!!
The Jonases write with and for a full band and are more commercially inclined. And I like them better.
Like the AllMusic review guy says…the Jonas Brothers are already a bigger and completely different pop phenomenon.

they've actually answered this question many times. They're absolutely NOT denying that there are very important issues going on in our own country. But they feel like, by turning the focus onto people OTHER than ourselves (who ARE in extremely diar straights), that allows us to gain more perspective, and to have the JUDGMENT to turn around and fix what needs to be fixed i our own country. Basically, if we can learn to take action for a cause that DOESN'T effect us directly- that we're not being FORCED to support- then we'll be able to take that perspective and be more inclined to help people here. Basically, it's easier to get people to see the perils of "others" in other countries, than to see the perils that go on right here. So by encouraging action to help the cause in Africa, through that process it WILL also end up resulting in action in our own country.

I saw Hanson the other weekend and took the walk with them in State College, PA. It was worth every single minute.

oh man, that's tough haha. It kind of just depends on what kind of music you're most inclined to like! They have a few different styles.
If you're into very soulful, classic rock/blues, Otis Redding type stuff, check out "Follow Your Lead" or "Been There Before". They're both amazing
If you're into more upbeat funk, check out "Running Man"
If you're into indie/acoustic stuff, check out "Stong Enough to Break"
If you're into upbeat pop/rock (kind of mmmbop-esque but more mature), def go for "Lost Without Each Other"
So, yeah, chose depending on which style you think you'd enjoy most
But really, DO check ALL of the songs out, because they're all fantastic! I promise, Hanson is a REALLY great band 
I loved Hanson - it was my first concert I went to! I always liked Zac cuz he was like 2 years older than me. My sister & her friends on the other hand were OBSESSED with hanson. wait, did i say "were"? I mean they still are!!

I was able to see the "The Walk" tour in Knoxville on October 1st! The Veronicas (YUM!) were with them! It was an AWESOME concert! Those guys get better with each CD! It was the most fun night I've had in my life!
They're still my no. 1s. I cried a little when Taylor got that Natalie chick pregnant. They're music is still so awesome. Hanson all the way!

Here in the USA at least people, rich or poor, have access to the health care system. Over in Africa were people are several times more likely to get AIDS because of lack of education, where once again here in the US we are more educated, they don't know how to protect themselves when having sexual intercourse. There, in Africa, they have little to no health care and die very young. So please, tell me why you think it is sooooo horrible to help these people out. When they have so little to eat, die soo young, and know soo little. Educate me!

First things first. Today is Zac's 23RD birthday, not 22nd. Come on now.
I've loved them since I was 12, but what most people don't realize is how much they can actually help you get through things. Some people credit their music as being crappy, others devote their time to saying that Taylor's voice is hard to understand on the newest album. Regardless of that, they have gone to distances that most people wouldn't dare to go to to help fight the war on AIDS and poverty in South Africa. I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't one to always give to a charity, but mostly because I never knew enough about a specific one to just donate. Now though, any time Hanson come out with something to help save these people, I jump at the chance to help out as well.
I had the wonderful experience of getting to meet them a few times at a couple of shows, and they are totally great people. I just graduated college and I have very little money, but they made me realize just how important it is to step up and do something great. I will forever be grateful for the things that they have provided me with. Their music, their concerts, and their undeniable courage to make a change.
Thank you Perez, for representing these three men who have changed my life in more positive ways than can ever be mentioned.

They've been taking the walk for about a year now. I took the walk with them Last October in Orlando. The guys are really in to doing this, I got a chance to talk to all of them and they're all pretty nice and down to earth.

I mean not only are they obviously good hearted people and oh my god the things they've done to bring awareness of AIDS in Africa to the American people that I bet not a lot of you know about but HOT DAMN, they are three incredibly good looking men. Even Isaac and let me tell you in the 4th grade he was so unappealing and awkward. Time has been good to them. Yum yum yum.
