Linda Hogan is a liar.
Just yesterday in a statement after her son, Nick, was released from jail, she asked the media to give her family some space and privacy.
She said, "Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."
But of course Linda isn't one to miss a press opportunity!!!!
On, Tuesday outside her Florida home, she gave an impromptu press conference.
Standing in front of a homemade sign that read "Welcome Home" and some yellow balloons, Linda said, "I cried when I hugged him," when she saw Nick.
She added, "Basically we just feel that we as a family wanna stay private. I hope everybody can respect his privacy. He's had six months in jail, and he's just gotta try to regroup and remold his life.
If only the same could be said of the victim of that horrible crash!
Adds the cougar, "In the future I think his actions will speak louder than words, so really there's not a whole lot else to say. I think when people just watch, [they'll see] he's a changed person."
And when she was asked just how he's changed, the private mom said, "For the better. You know he really just wants to try to be serious and make a difference, wants to look into colleges and just be a kid.”
Way to keep his life private.

I know that many people may not understand this but I have met this family for about hour at a wedding via a friend of my ex-fiance and they were very sweet and charming. While Terry was a very gentle loving father type the mother was very (in my opinion) stuck on herself. As for Brooke people should try to understand that she is young. What young girl doesn't get dressed up is revealing clothes and go out. Beyonce has been in public in far less and no one chastises her. As for Nick he is young and made a mistake. I am sure that his friend was in the car having a great time until the crash. That may seem harsh, but it is probably true. That is what young kids with fast cars do. Yes the parents should know better but there are tons of them that give their children these cars anyway. But John got into that car knowing what he was puting himself into. If he is truly in a vegitative state, then his family is horrible for keeping him here with that quality of life. And I can say that because my father was in that state and I belive that we made the right decision. That Life is no life at all.

This would have been different if a kid got in a car with a drunk adult because the kid was obeying orders. I don't buy this crap that Nick is the only one responsible. Ok Perez. We get that you don't like the Hogan/Bollea family. We get that you want to drive home the point that Graziano is in the hospital in a vegetative state and probably will be for the rest of his life as a result of a stupid, reckless, horrible mistake. But it was a mistake none-the-less made by a boy who is still a boy. And it was a mistake made by Graziano to be a part of what happened. He knew Nick was going to drive like a maniac because he had been driving like a maniac for months. Do you really have to say in each and every post you make about them that there is a victim in all of this? We KNOW there is a victim. In fact there are several victims. It's horrible what happened to Graziano, but he is a big boy who made a choice too. If they were street racing then it's on both. It's the same as riding in the car with someone who has drugs on them, you'll get in trouble too. Not excusing what Nick did but no one made the other guy get in that car and I'm sure he knew exactly what could happen with a car going at fast speeds. It was an accident. I feel bad for Nick, losing his best friend, feeling responsible for his best friends condition, & then getting thrown in jail & not normal jail, he had to be kept in solitary lock up, so he was all alone to think about everything. as for his poor friend, that kid was into racing too they BOTH made the decision to race that day & they both knew what could happen. it could have been nick in the coma instead! Nick didnt force his friend into the car & he didnt intend to get into that accident, they were both recklace & its a terrible situation. I wish the best to the other guys family & I hope hes not suffering.

I remember when I was younger I was sooooo irresponsible and I had a couple of friends that were super irresponsible also…and I remember that it wasn't until a couple of them got DUI's that I realized how stupid I was acting up… Since then I have never driven with more than 1 drink in my system… It sucks that it happened to him…some times I wonder if these people that are involved in alcohol related accidents were people get really badly hurt or die…I wonder if they wished they would've been killed also..
