Introducing…

He recently launched a fitness book, and now he's doing what every other rapper has already done before him!

Old School hip hopper LL Cool J has launched a new clothing line exclusive to Sears. LL signed the deal back in May and on Thursday, he was in Chicago to hold a press conference for his collection.

The LL Cool J Collection debuted in 450 stores, with some locations having its own dedicated LL Cool J sections, and is also being sold online. The marketing campaign includes shots of him with his wife and four kids and has ads online, by print, and in stores.

His line includes "embroidered denim, cotton hooded sweatshirts, fleur-de-lis bejeweled T-shirts and other items."

But on a good note, unlike the shiteous clothing lines of other "celebs" like Lauren Conrad, LL Cool J's line is actually affordable.

Most items begin at $24 for t-shirts, with some jeans at $50 and $60 for outerwear.

However, is it ever a good sign when your items are already being sold at a 40% discount just one month after premiering?

What do U think of his clothing line?

Hey douchebags, it's pouring in Virginia and I'm going nuts!!!!

If he's designed it, I'd buy it just because it's LL.

Too bad the bastard's married….I'd fuck him!

I wanna sex him so much!!!

His wife it's a very lucky woman!!

Maybe he's offering 40% off so that way people can afford it? He probably understands that people can't afford to pay $50 or $60 for clothes these days. How's your shiteous line doing at Hot Topic, by the way???

Working in retail for nearly 4 years….I highly doubt….it's being sold at 40% off so people can afford….I honestly think his first mistake was signing the deal with Sears to begin with….I could see why he didn't pick Macys….competition wise….Sean John, Rocawear, Phat farm?….Maybe he would of had a better chance with jcpenny….I don't when I think fashion I don't really associate sears with it….most people associate sears with appliances….w/e….

      I still love him!

LOL! Yeah, it's called trying to hook in some new buyers when a new line launches, and it's a pretty common tactic. Fuck you're an idiot Perez.

    13. 13

No doubt one of the HOTTEST men alive!

    14. 14

i like LL but designing is not his thing this looks exactly like anyother crap you can get an every store in america. plus its already discounted. looks like shit. he should focus on putting out another album and forget the clothes.

    15. 15

Good Luck with the clothing line LL. If you put as much dedication into it as you have with your career, it will last a lifetime.

    16. 16

My general opinion of clothing and LL Cool J is that he should remove it immediately. And he should never, ever be allowed to cover up in big baggy sweatshirts unless he's planning a striptease. That is one dude, and the years are being very kind to him.

    17. 17

Ok, I might fuck LL, dem lips!

    18. 18

duh all stores and products are on sale nobodys buying shit once again thanks bush

    19. 19

Never buy a celebrity-brand anything. That's what I think. It's a tacky thing to do, and so so so typical of the ignorant new-moneys in the entertainment biz. I have no problem personally with LL, but I hate all these people trying to push their merch on the public.

Didn't ha have a clothing line back in the day that failed when he was relevant? What makes him think another one would succeed now?

I would buy it coz the stuff looks alright. LL is sexy. I'd let him pound me anyday

    22. 22

In the mid 90's, LL also helped to launch a clothing line named FUBU — an acronym for "For Us, By Us", meaning the clothes were made for, and marketed to, African-Americans by African-Americans. LL was a spokesperson for the brand in addition to being a model for the clothing. Unbeknownst to many, LL was also part owner of FUBU as well.

I THINK THIS PROVES THE HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING!!!!!

    23. 23

He doesn't look well. He looks like he's jaundice? Maybe he should get his liver checked out instead of his clothing line.

    24. 24

His new clothing line actually has some REALLY cute stuff. I was impressed. When I first heard he was doing it i rolled my eyes like i did when the rest of these hollyfollies made their own clothing lines, but LL honestly impressed me. PROPS LLCoolJ :)

    25. 25

      "GET THESE BALLS"

    26. 26

he lives a few blocks away from me and hes a pretty nice guy
and hopefully his clothing line does really well, his kids are always nicely dressed.
its his daughter in the ad too which is pretty cool

      perez your the best !

    27. 27

it's pretty typical for everything in a store like that to be on sale. look at kohls & jcpenny. everything is on sale in there. no sells at the real price anymore. i don't think it means its bad. plus ll seems nice, stop hatin!

    28. 28

Soooooo nobody is gonna say it huh?
Fuck it I'll say it! What the fuck happened to LL's face? He is 1000 and he still looks like the kid in the "I'm Bad' video when he was 17!! That is not natural! The botox has caused the dimples to diminish and he looks fake!! Watch the "Headsprung" video and U tell me if that face moves AT ALL? I used to love LL, but I am afraid that if I put those clothes on my face might permafreeze like that too!!!

    29. 29

he hires male escorts its reported…
