Im very smart, ive done all my research for months. I used to favor Obama but after seeing how dense he was compared to Mccain ive reached my decision.

You're right that no one can say why McCain joined, and like I said God knows there is no one on earth would want to trade places for five years in the Hanoi Hilton with him. The guy lived hell on earth. I do like to think that all of you saying thanks to the soldiers now is a result of what the Nam draftees went through when they came back to civilization, and I get that. McCain showed more grit than 90% of you, and me included would have, and yes that counts. I would have broken in 15 minutes and would have killed myself with the first chance I got back then. I do think his time is gone though. I also think that that Palin woman is a slap in the face to all of us, and especially all of the intelligent and decidcated women who worked so hard to be where they could actually be contenders. It comes down to choosing the lesser of two evils. I myself preferred Hillary but the fact of the matter is that Obama needs all the support he can get since he is the only one close enough to McCain, not any other party.
