There's been even more mutiny on the Republican ship.
Harvard Law Professor Charles Fried - who has been one of the most prominent conservative thinkers in the country and served as Solicitor General of the United States under Reagan - announced that he's cast his vote for Obama in an absentee ballot.
Fried also asked to be removed from several campaign-related committees on which he served and stated that his reason for voting Democrat was "the choice of Sarah Palin at a time of deep national crisis."

I agree we need to raise min. wage, it keeps everybody balanced. The problem with Obama's plan is the combo of things that he wants to implement with businesses that make more than $250k/yr. That combo will ruin our economy. My family's business employs 60 people, 6 Managers (salary based) and the rest are Min. Wage employees. If his plan is implemented we will be forced to close. Why? If he helps me by giving me incentives (lower business income tax, etc) I can perhaps open another store, employ more people, help the community grow. I'm just stating facts in a very simple example. Please if you have another perspective, share it!!!
Re: Cristi – your explanation makes perfect sense to me. Unfortunately, it won't to the people who post at this site. They have accepted the media misinformation and charismatic oratory that Obama repeats, over and over. If you say it many times, people start to believe it. If people would look at history, both JFK and Reagan lowered taxes and the economy prospered. Why? because small businesses and corporations expanded operations and created jobs. It's a very simple economic principle. It was Congress who created this economic crisis not Bush. Anger should be directed at the career politicians who's only purpose is to stay in office. That's were all legislation, appropriation and oversight is done. Create term limits for both the Senate and House, like the presidency. Vote all the assholes, both democratic and republican, out of office. Clean house….now that's REAL change.

She started blaming Bush.. blah blah blah… and I explained the same thing that you just wrote.. "if you really want to make a difference you need to get informed of those in your state that are running for Senate and the House… it's that simple… Bush has not been the sole decision maker in this country…
