      this news is about a week old already. it's not confirmed that shannon left. Although if she left, she left out of respect for Aubrey and D. Aubrey and Shannon are very very close, and I think Shannon was just confused. If she quit, then I'm happy for her and whatever she does. Also, did anyone else notice at the finale the shannon made sure that everyone knew that they owned the name Danity Kane. They might be forming on another label…

      This is very sad to me. I really loved Danity Kane. I really think Diddy blew it with them. In my eyes they were the only profitable act on Bad Boy. Although I'm sure Gorilla Zoe and Cheriee Dennis will be blazing up the chats soon enough…. ehhh, that's right…. who? At least i got to meet them when Welcome To The Dollhouse came out and got to see them on the MTB4 tour. It was great while it lasted girls! I wish you all the best of luck and continued success!

      Puff Daddy is abusive!!! Where is the Musicians Union or even Aftra to stand up and challenge this guy for labor law violations??? No normal boss would ever be allowed to disrespect and talk down to their employees like this!!! These women are working for Puffy in a hostile and abusive environment and thus they can file civil rights law suits against him and Bad Boy Records worth millions, as well as MTV Networks, and Viacom/CBS for allowing it, this ongoing abusive situation, to continue to occur unabated even though it has openly gotten out of hand!!!!

      It doesn't surprise me that Shannon left. In the live finale, you could tell that she had a special bond with Aubrey and D. Woods… She was tired of the drama. She is married and I think it's best for her to form a family… I used to like Dawn in the beginning, but when I watch the finale my view of her changed. She would always give this "superiority" look and she was the only one who DIDN'T CRY. She knows that Diddy will give her a solo career… It is a shame that the group split…

      I'm surprised that Diddy/P. Diddy/Puff Daddy/Puffy/Sean Combs/Sean John Combs/Sean John hasn't been completely blacklisted in the music world, yet. He rose to fame by piggybacking off of the talent and death of the Notorious B.I.G., but has always been criticized (and rightfully so) for being a horrible rapper. As a producer, he can be okay, but he is nowhere close to the musical genius he seems to think he is. I believe that this is why it seems that every time he tries to play the role of music mentor to some artist or group, the project eventually self-destructs or disintegrates. The blind cannot lead the blind. He's clearly an example of the whole "lipstick on a pig" joke. Just because he has millions doesn't mean he deserves them, and no matter what he wears and what property he owns, he is still obviously unrefined at his core. With all the money he has, you'd think he'd be able to afford to take on serious musical study. Maybe in the process, he'd learn how to spot real talent, as well as trashy wannabes who have no place at a record label.

      Aubrey has made an impact on the group…whether it was negative to some, or positive for others her name stands out amoung the group, so does Dawn's…the majority of DK's fan base is solely due to Dawn and Aubrey's popularity and talent (and Diddy knows this)…Aundrea is in very close running, but her fan base has dropped slightly since the finale due to her dedication to the group is now under scrutiny. Honestly, if Dwoods was the only one put out of the group, I truly don't think there would be this much media attn, not to make less of her departure, she also had a supportd fan base, but not enough to make a huge buzz about…but we all know Aubrey had to go out with a bang, that's my girl…she's a sassy nusiance but we luv her just the same. I know one thing, I definitely would not want to see the group made into a trio group…Drea is my girl, but Dawn and Shannon is not enough for me to want and buy a ticket to a show.. I'd rather just see Drea perform by herself!

      It seems pretty obvious from the finale show that Diddy has future plans for Dawn as a solo artist….but I think that the girls should have stuck together as a group. They should have left the man altogether once he kicked out D.Woods and Aubrey…..

Really the only reason why Dawn is getting so much flack is because the retarded Aubrey STANS believe that Diddy is giving Dawn solo deal, which is not true & many ppl including Dawn & Diddy have confirmed that. The only reason why they thought that is because someone on Diddy's label got into Aubrey's head & told them that Diddy was giving Dawn a solo deal.       On Shannon leaving Danity Kane, its sad. She was definitley one of my favorites in the group. But to be totally honest, I really never really thought they would last. All of Diddy's acts with potential never last that long. They were very successful because they had 2 #1 albums, the only reason why their careers haven't hit it big is because Diddy puts all of his money into artist like Cassie. Soon Day26, Gorilla Zoe, Yung Joc & Cheri Dennis will leave Bad Boy & Dawn & Aundre should do the same as well.
