Out Of Lipstick

Poor Brooke Shields.
She might be looking good, but we can't say the same for her show.
Turns out that Lipstick Jungle got a series LOW of only 4.3 million viewers last week.
And that's not a good sign considering it dropped from a low of 5 million from it's October 8th episode.
But, to make matters even worse, NBC has announced that they are changing their lineup.
Lipstick Jungle is now being shafted to the Friday time slot.
And, that of course means, more likely than not, that the series will soon die out or be cancelled!

…here's an idea. She and Chris Atkins can rip off their clothes, lay around an island nude and bore us with 'Blue Lagoon' 2008 on ABC. But sweeps week, they can combine that terrible VW ad as a cross promotion, get the Creature From The Black Lagoon to swoop on them, tear them to shreds and take off in a vintage VW Beetle that can float on the water. Just an idea ’cause "Any Day Now" she will be unemployed.

the first seaon of Lipstick was great!….but after being mia for so long during and after the strike, no one remembered…plus this season it lost the sizzle…

i like the show. However, the problem is, people are sick of seeing rich millionare TV shows. Everyones poor right now and would like to see characters they can "relate" to a little better. Howe bough 3 girlfriends just trying to make it in the city? THey lead lives that like .05% of the population leads and it gets annoying listening to their insignificant problems on TV
I watched the pilot last year and the show sucks. I'm shocked to hear that it's even still on the air!

I like Brooke Shields, but I think the show is stupid. The women are so whiney and seem to try too hard, imo. I think it's terrible.

I do like the show but its not one i look forward to watching like The Hills/desperate housewives etc. I reckon there will only be one series. It tried to be the new Sex and The City but nothing ever will!
