Katie Holmes was spotted yesterday entering the Schoenfeld Theater for her performance of All My Sons on Broadway.
But someone seriously needs to have a talk with Katie!

Seriously, what's up with her posture?
Does she need some more vitamin C?
In almost every picture we see of her, Katie is slumping over. Even in the candid shots where she doesn't know the paps are snapping away.
Dr. Perezzers wonders if she does this because she's insecure with her own body, or perhaps she slumps down to reach Tom Cruise's height?
Either way, Katie better shape up or she's gonna end up looking like Kirsten Dunst.

try scoliosis. a lot of tall girls end up with scoliosis. i wore a brace for 5 years but i still slouch a little bit just like katie.
It's surely because she has to scrunch down next to her short husband. He probably makes her do it. In the long run having bad posture is not good, she will grow into one of those hunch back old ladies.

Its very common for taller woman to bend towrads their man, so to speak, sad.
Just by looking at the picture, it's pretty clear she has scoloiosis..and the curvature is likely located in the upper vertebrae, judging by the way she's slouching.
As someone else mentioned, standing up straight probably feels VERY unnatural and "forced" for Katie. I have a very slight case of scoliosis and find myself slouching constantly unless making a deliberate effort not to.
The only real way to fix the problem is through core-strengthening exercises. People with scoliosis tend to have VERY weak stomach muscles, which exacerbates the problem. Yoga/Pilates are helpful…
Perez, be a little more sensitive to peoples' medical conditions. Scoliosis isn't fun. It can cause a lot of back pain…

Maybe she's got scoliosis, but it's usually diagnosed before adulthood. Too bad if she does because she'll probably be tied to a straightening rack while they clear her of it.

It's because she is always trying to appear shorter than Tom and it sadly is having an impact on her bone structure. She needs to walk with confidence and not give a hoot if she is taller than Tom.

Her body language is displaying depression. I'm sure she loves Tom, but I think she's still unhappy and sad. I think Tom is too narcisstic to recognise how unhappy she is. I feel so badly for her.
