Another Reason To Vote on Tuesday!

This sounds like a good incentive!!!
In order to "applaud Americans who exercise their right to vote in the 2008 Presidential campaign", Krispy Kreme will be giving all voters a FREE doughnut on election day!
So, on Tuesday, November 4th, all participating Krispy Kreme stores will offer you one free star-shaped doughnut with red, white, and blue sprinkles!
In order to claim your free doughnut, you just need to show up with your "I Voted" sticker they hand out at the polls after voting.
A rep from Krispy Kreme said, "We can't guarantee that your candidate of preference will win on November 4, but we can guarantee that your right to voice your choice will be rewarded with a patriotic doughnut that will remind you just how tasty freedom really is. Krispy Kreme encourages everyone to take part in this historical election and vote."
So instead of thinking of this as a marketing ploy or a bribe (a vote in exchange for a doughnut), let's think of it as a nice, free thank you for doing the right thing.
Go VOTE on November 4th and make a difference!

You know it was funny cause Saturday when I voted I can say there was a lot of minorities voting, which is good every time I have voted in the past it is only old people whom are white, this time there where ladies in their sunday's best with hats and all and even had uncle Jerome in a wheel chair. There was a family of about 12 that all voted, my guess was for Obama. It is cool to see that people are finally getting out there and voting no matter for who but, they are out there, I live in a primary anglo neighborhood, I am the only hispanic in the community but, at my polling place the white people where the minority.

Im surprised this won't break them, all 4 of them closed where I live after being open for at least 3 or 4 years. They tried to expand to quickly. Their good as hell though!

I know it is bad for me to have these thoughts. But if Obama gets elected can I sit back and laugh while the rest of you lose your jobs and savings? And in the meantime, I will telling all you liberal folks: I told you so. I'm independantly wealthy, so I could care less. But what Obama is pitching is a grand illusion. He says he won't raise taxes on little people. Well, what do you mean exactly by that? He hasn't said. Does he mean they won't have to send in a check to the IRS, or less money will come out of their paychecks therefore increasing their returns? What does that mean? Just because you are not writing out a check to the IRS quarterly or yearly, does not mean you are not paying taxes. Look at your pay stubs. See the tax deductions? You may get some of it back, but not nearly all of it. Obama will raise it. And he is banking on the fact too many people don't understand the tax code to know the difference between paying out at the end of the year (which is what he has been campaigning) and paying all along.

Obama has proposed several tax increases that will definately affect on most of the working class people in the U.S. A married couple making $60,000. under Obama will pay a $16,800.00 in taxes as compared to $9,000.00 under McCain. A single person making only $30,000.00 will pay $8,400.00 under Obama and only 4,500.00 under McCain. Most Americans can't afford the tax increases. Obama says the tax increases are to pay for health care and other social programs.

Equal rights for gays and minorities is important to me.
However, I think most legislation should be left up o the
states. I do not need my president to voice their personal
opinion on the matter. It is not the job of the federal
government to babysit me and my family. If you do not like
how your state is run then you can move to another one far
easier than you can move to a different country.
Secondly, welfare programs caused the increase in broken
families. 50 years ago 80% of black babies were born to a
married couple. Now only 20% of black babies and 60% of
white babies are - which can be attributed to America's
policies. If our leadership did not want this outcome then
the government would change these policies. The more we rely
on the government the more power we give up.
Another problem. EVERY WAR WE HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN WAS
COORDINATED by the elites (the real rulers if this country
and many others). Case in point: The main purpose of the
civil war was to give the government more power over the
states.
The Federal Reserve gives campaign contributions and media
support to presidential candidates if they support their
agenda. The main one? WAR… It is the most costly way to
control population and push through "necessary" legislation
that takes away our rights. The more money we spend the
richer the elites get. The more war we have = the more
interest the international bankers earn funding it WHILE
FREEDOM slips farther and farther out of our grasp.
Do not believe me? Do your own research. The information is
there; you just won't find it in any classroom or on any
telelvision program.
The whole media is owned by 5 corporations, one of which is
PepsiCo. Do not get your news from CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc. Go
out and do your own research. These are not sources of news
as they are proponents of what the machine wants us to
believe. Just watch how their is no third party candidate in
the debates. News stations constantly calls people who vote
for anyone but a Rep or a Dem as "spoilers." I cannot
stress enough: Read books. Read SMALL local sources of news,
if you can find any.
Americans need to wake up. Stop buying anything that is made
in China. DO NOT SHOP AT WALMART. Everything from Walmart
is from China. Buy locally made goods and products. Expect
everything to cost more. It is cheaper than devaluing the
dollar to nothing and being China's b*tch. Use your money as
power and buy from companies that support American workers,
the environment, and your health. We all have to work
together and we have limitless influence, but not if people
refuse to WAKE UP!
