!!READ THIS PEREZ!!! In the tattoo world, when you get tats on the knuckles, it isn't uncommon to put them backwards. However, Phoenix shoulda posed properly with his wrists crossed. Its supposed to look badass I guess. But he's definitely not dyslexic. It's just the cool thing to do. I hope this explains it!! =)

It's not a camera thing, because the letters would be backwards, not just the word order. When you turn your hands to face yourself they read Good Bye!, but genius here didn't realize that when you turn your hands out, people read the right hand first.
