Ricky Gervais Coming Back to U.K. TV!!!!

Ricky Gervais, the genius who brought us The Office and Extras, is working on a new TV show for you Brits.
Lucky ducks!
The show is actually an off-shoot of his upcoming film, The Man from the Pru.
The flick/TV show is based on a group of twenty-somethings in dead-end jobs at a British building society (a finance center that specializes in savings and mortgages) in the 1970s.
Gervais said the series will be “quintessentially British”.
If it does well in the UK, we're sure Hollywood will buy it and Americanize it for our masses!

Oh god, can't you lot keep him - he's just not funny and The Office? It wasn't even his idea. Really, Americans seem to find him more amusing and don't mind how arrogant he is. You can keep him.
