As we mentioned yesterday, former Spice Girl Mel B. is throwing herself an over-the-top second wedding in Hurghada, Egypt.
She and hubby, Stephen Belafonte, had a quickie Vegas wedding last year.
Mel B reportedly sold the wedding photo rights to OK! magazine for $316K, so she's got lots and lots to spend on everything!!!
So jelly!
On Sunday, Scary was spotted shopping at the uber fancy Monique Lhuillier store in Hollywood.
Mel was seen trying on dresses and costume jewelry.
If Victoria can't attend the wedding, maybe she can design the dress???!!!!
