That being said….
her dress was ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS…It did nothing for her…She looks like she's wearing some kind of weird harness over a red dress, and there's no reason for it at all…Come on: With the world's greatest design houses at her fingertips, she could have had Armani or YSL or Dior or Prada or any A-List designer, Tom Ford for one or Armani himself, design an amazingly flattering dress for her…The dress is an atrocity and her stylist should be paddle-spanked.
She is trying to recover from the camel toe pic where she looked heavy and bloated—this dress minimizes and makes her look thinner…I don't care for her too much but I do like the dress.
It reminded me of the spiders around my house.. Otherwise, she looks awesome!!

I don't have strong feelings about the dress either way — style is such a personal thing. I do like that she isn't a stick figure and I personally hope she doesn't waste money on a stylist because she looks fine and should be allowed to be herself. I do have to say that the kids are really cute and they are a very attractive family. I like the hand-holding. That's nice to see!
I don't think it's a coincidence that he wore a red tie and his wife and girl wore red. I think they were trying to send message of unity.
We are very fortunate to have them both in the White House, however…the dress was just wrong! Why didn't she choose that beautiful blue dress with the brooch from a former event?
