Oh NOW he has class, Assclown Perez!
perez…is that you?
oh well.
it is what it is.
lets see what bammy is made of
I'm opening a KFC at 1602 Penn. Ave in D.C. in Jan.
I want my money mother fucking Obama.
Barack is an embarassment to the morality of America. May this country rest in peace
i can't even watch it.
Re: Goodbye Sweet America!!!COLON!!! Goodby – HAAHAAA! thanks for the laughs…keep 'em coming…i need them!
Even though I really hoped Obama would win, I was very impressed by this speech.
Respect.
I felt sorry for McCain last night…he was almost crying =( he did concede it with class….but I'm soooo happy the crazy hunter is going back to freeze in Alaska
Republicunts lost ahahahahha
today…i am signing up for every mother fucking goverment assistance program out there!!
Nice that he went out gracefully. I am sure he is embarrassed by the type of smear campaign he ran, he had disgusting people running his campaign and the American people said 'no more'.
Speech was okay — because he had a LOT OF TIME to prepare it.
-
Body language was dead give-away — at the dinner in NY same night as last debate - he knew he was BEATEN.
Re: JokerBaby – typical obama supporter? for the sake of ALL of us, i certainly hope not.
if so, lord, is this what is in store for the next 4?
That was one of the best speeches I have heard. He conceded gracefully.
All the people on this blog who are spreading their hate and racist rants against President Elect Barack Obama are ignorant and just have no idea what the UNITED in United States of America truly mean!!
That was the McCain of 2004. It was a fantastic speech.
Nice words Mr.Mcain go,Obama!
I haven't liked everything that the Bush administration has done (but we saw he mostly just has veto power and congress and senate run the country) but I have shown Bush respect and will continue to do so with Obama. All of my complaints will go to my congress man/women. I'm just sick of the hatred we have had these last 8 years and one good thing coming out of this is that the Dems can't spew any hatred anymore. I think the Republicans work more on facts and will check Obama continuely on the facts as the Dems should have done instead of calling Bush Hitler, war monger, killer etc… I'm just glad the hatred will be over…I hope. It has just worn me out these last 8 years.
Praying now.
As an Obama supporter I would like to thank Senator McCain for a great speech. It was beautiful, poignant and powerful. I wish him the utmost success in life and in the Senate. He is an American hero. This words of wisdom brought tears to my eyes.
Palin on the other hand proved how unready she is. If she is crying because she lost, what would she do if there was an attack or a tough decision to be made, curl up in the fetal position and suck her thumb? Sure, a normal person cries when they lose but the President and Vice President are meant to be better and stronger than the rest of us. She has truly been a disgrace to women and Americans in general throughout this campaign and last night just added to that legacy.
MC was a man of honor……even tho we lost this one, he is still classy enough and gracious enough to stand behind the newly elected LEADER…..hopefully he leads us down the CORRECT n SAFE path……..
JOE THE PLUMBER is watching U OBAMA……just know that……alot of people are……u must make good on all ur promises…..
PEOPLE STOP BEING SO VULGAR N STOP THE HATE TOWARDS EACH OTHER ALREADY……….ITS SOOO DISGUSTING………WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER NO HATE EACH OTHER…..
"Kudos to him"? That's really all you could muster? Still a typical disrespectful liberal of course. Obama couldn't even give a victory speech without sounding like a pompous ass. It's going to be a long 4 years (or however long it takes to impeach him).
Had he been giving speeches like that all along, he may have had a change. Good thing he didn't!
Re: Goodbye Sweet America!!!COLON!!! Goodby –
That's fucking priceless BBD.
Obama is our President now and I'm hoping for his success.
But now that it's all over, I'd like to hear many more "important messages" from the "important message" crowd about how McCain was really a decent guy and would have maverickly brought us together too.
LOL USA new welfare state? like they can achieve that with the highest debt in the world
Re: WakeUpPeople – um tell that to the person who said in their comments, "republicunts".
my assistant Sam voted for McCain!
He would've had a fighting chance had Bush not fucked this country up so badly. He's a good man, and a good American.
Absolutely one of the best speeches I've ever heard. Since he didn't win the presidency, maybe he could win an Emmy for that speech.
I was really surprised with McCain's speech… I actually thought it was good!!!
Maybe if he would've spoken this way throughout his campaign and got Sarah Palin to shut up maybe he would've won the presidency! Oh well, I would've voted for Obama anyway…
fuk you perez!
Its time for him to die.
Old man is weak now.
I'm happy Obama won. People in America should be proud. We are the ”MELTING POT”, and only in America would this happen. I love
this country.
Re: sparrowinflight –
i second that. while i was ecstatic that obama won, i was really impressed by mccain's speech as well. it humanized him in a way i didn't think possible and i'm not kidding
Senator John McCain has handled his entire election with class. He would have been a great President.
the man suffered more then most for their country and he conceded with class but the right man won!!!!!!!!!!
Re: WakeUpPeople – - why do you feel the need to throw racism into this. It has nothing to do with his race. It has to do with our doubts of his experience and whether or not he will actually follow through with all of the promises he has made. I think it's great, and about time that an african american has one and I hope for the best. I do however have my doubts and I am worried that he doesn't realize what he has gotten himself into…America has alot of faith in him and they expect alot of change. I just hope I see it. As far as McCain goes… he lost…atleast give the man some respect. He has fought for our country and truly loves America. He wants us all to unite and grow to be a better nation. People like you are the reason why I hate democrats.
Republicans - Get the FUCK out of this country - drink your war profiteering KOOLAID, fall on your slimy self-righteous sword, build a boat - whatever it takes, just get the hell out.
-
Oh, and before you do - sell all your belongins, cash in your accounts and GIVE ALL THE MONEY BACK FOR THE DEBT YOU CREATED.
-
It disgusts me that reptile republicans will now have a chance to share in the good fortune. They shouldn't. REPUBLICANS RUINED THIS COUNTRY - they do not deserve a good future.
-
Sell your crap, pay by YOUR war debt - AND GET THE FUCK OUT
Re: Goodbye Sweet America!!!COLON!!! Goodby – Waaaaa…waaaaaa…..hey loser. What, upset that McSame lost? Poor baby. Wipe those tears loser….and good luck with that KFC!
.
.
President Obama baby!!!! BUAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!
So is time to give Palin's expensive clothes to charity.
seriously, he is one classy gent…that was an amazing speech!
It's time to clean up the republican's mess.
Yes very class speech, it just shows what we're not going to have now…
What a shame! It makes me even sadder.
Re: WakeUpPeople – why are you changing your name?
~~~~~~~waves goodbye to Caribou Barbie
Re: dutchletter – Very well said.
Re: JillianMillion85 –
they are human……usually humans do have the ability to get emotional…..WOW….
Yea, it was a good speech from the old fart…and of course, the no class repubes booed at the mention of Obama. Not one boo was heard when Obama mentioned McCain…..now that's class.
.
.
President Obama baby!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Re: Renfamous – How would you sum up your feelings for a candidate you do not support. Kudos is fine by me. I think McCain's speech was dignified and tasteful. I did not find it so tasteful however that he can submit and say good fight and congratulate Obama, yet his supporters booed at that remark. "Obama couldn't even give a victory speech without sounding like a pompous ass." Did you watch his speech? He thanked Americans for voting, wasn't pompous, addressed not only our nation, but other countries and even those that did not vote for him. Humility at its best my friend…. I can't wait to see Obama turn this country around as well as our foreign relations.
Re: leesa –
I thought you were so smart! I am the one that said republicunts and YOU MISSED IT, wow!!!!!!!Re: Wanna Milk Me? – You have no idea what you are in store for. This is just the beginning. Republicunts lie about everything all in the name of the church. I know coz I was raised Republicunt. My pastor was having sex in the church office with a member of the church that was married and had six kids. Yea, REPUBLICUNT IS THE WORD I WAS LOOKING FOR.HA
I'm AMAZED at the followers/voters of John McCain, everytime he mentioned Obama or Biden they booed. You would think he was speaking to a class of 9 year olds. Grow up and open your eyes people, booing is not going to get you anywhere…how about you worry about the situation your country is in and try to work together to better the situation.
More than class…he showed grace, dignity and inspiration. That is the John McCain I'll take with me out of this election.
Re: LULU~* – Oh sweetie… I am sure you aren't even old enough to vote but you really should get off of the internet and read a book. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
I listened to his speech last night, although I did not support Mcain, I have always respected him. Our country is going to move forward in a positive direction, and for those who see this election through racist eyes, you need to step aside and let those who want to lead do so. WE, our Generation has had enough of the hate, ignorance, and lack of tolerance, move a side so we can live in peace. For those who think they can not change, yes you can. Best wishes to everyone this new day.
LMAO. I'm dying laughing right now at all the racist, anti Obama haters there are in this world. He wins, and you lose. No matter how much you hate the man…Guess what?? HE's YOUR PRESIDENT! haha!
Not surprising that a true patriot like John McCain would go out a class act. I was disappointed to wake up to hear he lost….but in his speech, he is right. We need to come together as a nation and move forward, not backward! I voted for McCain and I am genuinely afraid of our newly elected democratic majority across the board in Washington. Not having a balance in power isn't very comforting. And it's a tad disturbing it seems like Oprah and all the Hollywood jackasses hand-picked our leader. However, I am willing to give Obama a chance to make good on his promises. Hate will get us nowhere, regardless if he's black, half-black, white or purple.
That's because Conservatives have class…unlike Liberals.
Do I need to remind what happened between Obama and Clinton?
Re: LordKain – And your still a little shiteater, everytime time Bama shits the bed in the next 4,I get to laugh and say "Not my Asshole!"
I'm so sick of how obnoxious everyone still is.. the election is over, time to put that all behind us.. Enough with the name calling. We have a new president — whether you like him or not.. we as a country need to back him.
I have no problem saying that I voted for McCain because personally I agreed with him on more issues, but guess what? He lost and nothing anyone can do about it. Dwelling on a loss will get us nowhere. Barack Obama is our President and we need to give him a chance to see what he will do with our country. Everyone please, get a grip, as a country, it is our duty to support our president.
If he hadn't picked Palin and hadn't voted with Bush 90% of the time, McCain would have had a shot. He knows we need to heal. Give up the hate.
Class act.
i hope we never have to hear from him again…and if he had any class he would had hushed the people booing in the audience and tried to tell them that this is not the way to feel about a new president…..THEIR new president, Republican or not. The majority has spoken, so suck it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: LULU~* – You are so ignorant. The debt in America was caused by dumb asses who buy things they can't afford. I have no sympathy for the people losing their homes. They should have gotten a loan they could afford to pay back. Get your hatred shit out of here. I voted for McCain but everyone is right. It isn't about the parties we need to put them aside because whether we are red, back, yellow, orange, straight , gay, bi, republican, democratic, or libertarian we are all Americans and we are all in this together.
i give him credit
Re: lemonade – I completely, completely 150% agree with you. I voted for McCain and of course, I am disappointed by the loss, but this is what we have and this is what we need to work with now. The unbalance of power is rather nerve racking and the whole celebrity backing thing seems rather unnecessary, but i think as a country, we need to come together and support Obama or at least give him a chance.. he is our president, whether we like it or not…
Great speech. I hope we can get this country back in the right direction. I just heard that Obama's promise to withdraw troops in 18 months can not possibly happen and it will be at least 3 years at least. I get tired of Campaigns that tell us what we want to hear and ignore the facts. Obama has a long hard road ahead of him.
Re: Its Luisa Bitchez – you betcha!!!!!!!!!
A very graceful speach from John McCain.
I'm now curious about what Obama will accomplish… It's time for his big words to turn into actions…
The time for fighting and insults are over. Let all Americans be united in cleaning up the $%^&ing mess that Bush and his cronies made in the last 8 years.
Big kudos!!! That was the real John McCain, if he had campaigned from the heart like that and gave more great speeches he would have won. Last night I remembered all that was great about him!
Really, enough with the gloating.. we all know Obama won.
How else is he going to concede! He is a seasoned politician of course he is going to do it with class.
Re: Caro – me too..
Re: Goodbye Sweet America!!!COLON!!! Goodby – Dick
Re: LULU~* – LuLu you speak with such hate. I am a rebuplican. I give 2 days a week of free medical help at the local clinic, I give 10% of my earnings to charity, I lost half of my 401 K in the past 2 months. You said the following "Republicans - Get the FUCK out of this country - drink your war profiteering KOOLAID, fall on your slimy self-righteous sword, build a boat - whatever it takes, just get the hell out.
-
Oh, and before you do - sell all your belongins, cash in your accounts and GIVE ALL THE MONEY BACK FOR THE DEBT YOU CREATED.
-
It disgusts me that reptile republicans will now have a chance to share in the good fortune. They shouldn't. REPUBLICANS RUINED THIS COUNTRY - they do not deserve a good future.
-
Sell your crap, pay by YOUR war debt - AND GET THE FUCK OUT "
Tell me LULU what have you done to improve this county? Have you done anything to help the poor and hungry? What debt have I created? I own my own home which I work hard to pay for. Why tell me to leave the country? This is such simple minded hate. Oh by the way, the military that you seem to hate, fought and died to give you the right to speak with such utter ignorance.
I was very suprised. So eloquent and classy.
Re: LULU~* – so the democrats had nothing to do with this???Those people that buy houses they can't afford, the people that have their hand out thinking Obama is going to pay their mortgage and fill their tanks with gas???? Pork barrell spending, deregulation of credit…companies handing out loans right and left to people who know they can't afford them……everybody just stop the hatin….this is pathetic…at this rate there will never be anybody going across the aisle to work together…
Being a McCain supporter I am upset he lost but understand this country has a new leader that needs support. I am hoping he can keep to his many promises. The only thing I wish you democrats realized all along was Obama doesn't have the power to change much in the US. The power lies in the hands of you and I. Finish your education. Donate to a good cause. Put others before yourself. Don't expect the governement to take care of you and take care of yourself to the best of your ability. We can do it America, regardless what view you have, a divided nation will not solve anything. I don't want to see the country that has dilivered some of the greatest discoveries, ways of life and freedom to fall due to bitterness. For the democrats complimenting McCain on his speech good work. BTW………..If you didn't vote you CAN'T BRAG or BITCH!!!!
He is a classy guy! I voted Obama, but like I said before both these men wanted what is best for this country, they have both served this country and are risking their lives in what they believe. Kudos to both!!!
Re: Kcolli35 – and prop 8 was upheld. YESSS!!!
He talked to much…I thought he wasnt that good…..he never stopped the booing!!!
First time I've listen to him and it was honesty.
Re: LordKain – Well to be fair Obama was in a open air park you would not be able to hear anything, Mccain was in a closed ballroom, politics are politics and we all have opinions and like in sporting events we will boo the competition that is just a fact of life.
U LOST U LOST U ATE TOMATO SAUCE
I was saddened that McCain lost. I thought he had the experience needed to fix what Bush did wrong. I voted for McCain and will stand by that choice. I think he would have had a better chance had he picked someone like Lieberman instead of Palin, but hey, too late now. This country needs healing and needs unity. While I do not have an overwhelming amount of confidence in Barack Obama, I hope that I am proven wrong and that he will make good on his promises and that this country will turn around. No matter what, I am an American, I am proud of this country and I am proud to witness history. I pray for our new president elect and his administration and for this country….whoever would have won would need that now. Classy speech by McCain, a true patriot.
Re: Cybele – LuLu obviously only reads mass emails. That's got to be one of the most ignorant posts i've seen on here. It scares me that there are people in this country that are that stupid.
Sorry, didn't see the "class" in that. He is still a sleazy, underhanded, liar, bigot, and (like all bigots) republican.
Were he and Cindy angry at each other? The distance was obvious.
Re: Miash – Well said!
That was a very classy speech, I'll give him that. He is a good man, who means well and I don't doubt he wants nothing but good things for this country. But he had his political party, his age and his running mate all going against him.
Re: LULU~* –
Wow really American…..
I voted for Obama and am embarrassed by people like you.
The same way you feel you have the right to express your opinion is the same way a Republican or a Liberal has the right to express theirs.
It is sad you know how to use a computer and feel the need to wish exile on people who do not share your views.
Congrats to Obama and his family.
Re: cogrannie – Cindy comes across to me as kind of materialistic … a rich, spoiled bitch. I bet what you're seeing is her about to play the "i'm not speaking to you" game for losing the election lol
THEY BOO'D PALIN AHHHHAH HER OWN PARTY BOO'D HER AHAHAAH
I give John McCain credit for giving that concession speech. I am proud to say that I made the right choice by voting for Obama and I am proud to witness history. This is something I will tell my kids and grandkids about. We all know that Obama has a long, hard road ahead but, with the help of us Americans, we can rebuild our country and once again be knowned as the greatest country in the world! Peace and Love to us all. NO on Prop 8 Dammit!!!! Equality for us all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope all the people on this blog and around the US who voted in this election, holds President-elect Obama and Congress accountable for their words and deeds. Just like 9/11, people are united but, as time passes, they forget and slip back into their everyday life of mediocrity and complacency. I hope everyone who hates Bush and didn't vote for McCain, back up their comments and challenge their elected officials, not just at election time but everyday. Unless that happens, nothing will change. Don't just bitch and criticize in a stupid gossip blog, make it happen. To those that don't understand what I said, I'll make it very simple for you….put your money where your mouth is.
Love ya John! Did anyone notice that there was no rioting, thieving and destruction last night? If the outcome had been different……
He almost maid me cry too. Kudos to him, and much respect.
god damnit johnny boy! i was pulling for him. if this election were just about policy, mccain would be our president. however it is has just turned into a civil rights event, primarily. sucks that I live in Chicago.
mccain for alternative energy and nuclear power ;( the only candidate with a plan. obama really lacks clarity on these issues.
