Hudson Murder Suspect May Go Free on Monday

Jennifer Hudson's former brother-in-law, William Balfour, is the only murder 'suspect' the Chicago cops have identified in connection to the Hudson family slayings.
Balfour has NOT been charged with the three Hudson slayings, but the authorities have kept him in the slammer on parole violation charges.
Well, if the police have enough to charge Balfour with the Hudson murders they should do it ASAP because there's a chance that he'll go free on Monday.
The ex-in-law has a meeting with the Illinois parole board Monday morning regarding the parole violation charges that he's been slapped with.
If there's insufficient proof of parole violations, he'll be released.
We hope justice prevails.

Maybe he really didn't do it? If he did, and they had enough evidence to convict him, why haven't they arrested him yet? maybe it was a drug-hit? He was picked up for a parole violation, nothing else. Julia's behaviour I find is odd and disturbing(eg. on her blog wrote now her brother is dead she's the "good-looking" one; what kind of person says such a thing?)so maybe *she* even had something to do with it? I think there must be more to it….just sayin'….

The judicial system is supposed to be fair. Because he is a convict and Julia says he threated to kill her family everyone assumes he did it. But if her brother was also dealing drugs someone else might have been the killer. I'm sure they tested Balfour for gunpowder residue. I guess he could have worn gloves but I would think if the test had come back positive they wouldn't be talking about letting him out of jail. Also, Julia is way too calm considering what just happened and how could she bear to say now that her brother is dead she is the prettiest one?
That's insane! You know this guy did it, and what a horrible thing he did! But it really doesn't matter, because either way, (in or out of prison), someone somewhere will see that justice will be done! He better always be looking over his shoulder!

He may not have done it. There are a lot of angry and irrational people out there who go around threatening to kill someone who pisses them off, doesn't mean they would actually do it. If they had any real evidence on him, trust me, he wouldn't be getting out.

Do any of you actually understand why OJ was found "Not Guilty?" Because the job of the jury is to decide "BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT" that someone is guilty. The Prosecution had a ton of holes in their theories and had horrific witnesses that genuinely put reasonable doubt in the heads of the jurors.
Even if the police only have circumstantial evidence, that doesn't go past a reasonable doubt.
