She sang it fine! She hasn't been able to belt in years. Vocal cords age just like everything else in the body. I thought the way she sang it was very pretty.
I loved the part towarsd the end where she went "In you and you and you, you and you and you and you, you, youu, youuuuu, youuuuuuUUUUU!!!" and pointed at everyone in the audience. Besides that magical part, this performance was shit.

This is the live version of Hero. She does not usually break the song up so much on tour (which is %100 LIVE) but keep in mind she is tired of singing "Hero" and has mentioned that many times over. She's just lazy with it sometimes. Sometimes people just want to do what they feel like doing. It doesn't mean shes lost any of her god-given talent or anything like that. I'm sure her voice has good days and bad days like everyone elses. I mean, hey—she wrote the song its hers she can sang it however she likes lol.

Hello.. Has anyone not noticed she lost it along time ago? I am a singer so its obvious but come on people! EVERY song on her last album is that little chirpy crap.. and trust me.. I know the magic they can do with high notes. When she sings live.. she does a little bit live and then pre recorded vocals come in. Doesnt anyone find it odd that she struggles to make it through one octave and then when its time to wail.. all of a sudden she is hitting another octave higher with seemingly ease? Also.. watch her body language. She is less stressed out when prerecorded tracks come on. She has lost her voice but wont tell anyone because then her career is over . Her goal is to make as many millions as she can while people are fooled and then tell the truth one day. TRUST ME….. Watch and see if that doesnt happen. I KNOW>

IDK. You could just hear her limitations, every break where she struggled, and as a singer, it was kind of painful. She sounded like she's sick or maybe is having some issues with her vocal cords, and if that's the case she sounded amazingly well for it. Just compared to how she used to sound in the old days…not up to snuff. Anyone else would be thanking their lucky stars to sound like she did, though.
