Anne Hathaway's crooked former boyfriend, white collar thief Raffaello Follieri, has asked officials for a jailhouse move because his health has deteriorated due to "unspeakably unsanitary" conditions at his current jail.
Uhmm, it's jail - NOT the Four Seasons Hotel!
Follieri's lawyer said in a letter to prison authorities that the crook has had to contend with rotten food, foul odors and unclean toilets and as result is running a fever and has blood in his urine:
"He says that he cannot eat because the food appears to be spoiled and that the toilet and shower facilities are unspeakably unsanitary. There is excrement in the shower and rats are roaming freely in the area. He says the stench is intolerable."
What did he expect?!

I understand jail isn't suppose to be pleasent, but the toilette and showers should be kept resonably clean for health reasons. Don't the inmates have assigned chores that include cleaning?
you are so stupid perez, people, even criminals have the right to humane conditions. The food should not be rotten and rats should not be running all over the place. If that is true, something should be done to correct it. Now about dirty toilets and crap in the showers-some immates are probably doing that on purpose and what can the guards do about that? take fecal samples and match them up? they might be doing it on purpose if they know a wuss is going in next. If he is acting that way, no prison is going to make him 'feel like home'

Jail should suck, and yes, you should have to eat hotdogs, and dry hamburgers, but we live in a 1st world country in the 21st Century, prison should have basic decent clean conditions. Fuck the streets are cleaner than most jails. The state of our prisons in America is a fucking joke, and something needs to be done about it.

Although Follieri did commit a crime and should be punished for that, I kinda feel sorry for this guy. Anne didn't stand by her man and dumped him as soon as he started having problems with officials. I'm sure she knew about his shady business, but it was OK for her as long as he had money to maintain her luxurious life style and pay her bills. I don't support Follieri, but Anne is a major bitch too.
