The special garnered 870,000 viewers, and was just ahead of America's Next Top Model, which attracted 740,000.
AND it was up in viewership from the Katy Perry-themed premiere! Amazeballs!

WTF. This show is so fucking stupid. What took them so long to cancel it? I didnt even know that they were still making new episodes.
SNL is soo New Yorky(cheesy). MadTv had that L A humor, I wanted to see more Caress skits!! I did an audition back in July, guess its good they didnt hire my ass.
You will not see two women scissoring on SNL.

The only good actors on there were Michael Mcdonald, Mo Collins and Bobby Lee… IMO. The recent seasons blow, it sucks now. but i love the old seasons.. way better
I watched it for the 30 mins before SNL comes on or if SNL was a repeat or a guest I coudn't stand.
But yeah…..sorry to see it go but there's no reason they couldn't have done a better job with it.

I think the past 2 seasons were really boring I think the show could have survived if they switched up the cast more than they usually do and also get some new writers on the team to bring something fresh material …oh well Im gonna miss it

What do you mean NOOOO or Seriously??? This show has been AWFUL for SO LONG! It's so bad it's causing me to ABUSE MY CAPS LOCK! I barely even knew the show was still on. I used to watch it in grade school, back with Stewie and Miss Swan, which was about 8 years ago. Like, when do you EVER hear, "wow, you have to watch the Madtv skit from last night man"?? NEVER! Because nobody gives a shit, and the show is stupid as fuck. It makes these last few years of SNL (minus the Tina Fey Palin skits) look like comedic genius, and they never have any special guests, because its embarrasing. Thank you for putting this show out of its misery already.

I stopped watching after they changed the studio. I loved the old time cast. Ms Swan, Pool Boy, Stuart and Cabana Chat was great. I now go to Sat. Night Live.
Funny…’cause I would have sworn this was cancelled at LEAST five years ago. It hasn't been relevant in a LONG time (notice…NO one posts youtube/hulu/whatever other internet media videos of "highlights" from it in the same way they do from SNL - even the worst episodes of SNL have at least ONE sketch worth passing around to friends!)…
