Hillary, Secretary Of State???

Sen. Hillary Clinton might be a few steps closer to the White House.
According to reports, Clinton is among the candidates that President-elect Barack Obama is considering for Secretary of State.
Some top Democratic party officials are questioning if Clinton is really the best-suited for the role as the nation's top diplomat. But, everyone is keeping very hush about the whole process and whether Clinton is at the top of the list or not.
Many Democratic officials are giving anonymous tips and even Clinton's spokesman, Philippe Reines, said any questions should be directed to the Obama transition team.
Of course, the team said they had no comment.
As for other possible candidates for the top position, those include Democrat Sen. John Kerry, Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel, and New Mexico's Democratic governor, Bill Richardson.
What do U think?
Should Hillary be selected for Secretary of State?

Throw that dog a bone, fuck sake. She's worked her butt off and had the moral low of seeing Palin almost run off with her prize.
YES YES YES AND YES!
Yes, yes and…yes!
Oh totally all about change, right? Obama's fresh and new and all about change! NOT. He's hiring old Clinton administrators and now maybe even an actual Clinton????? More of the SAME. You people say McCain would be a 3rd Bush term, Obama is going to be Clinton's 3rd. Oh Lord, save us. We can be a Clinton's third term, but scarier; yes we can.
Oh and if she does get offered the job, you know she's going to have Barack by the balls like she did Bill
We need to keep her in the senate! We need to keep as many progressive democrats in the seats as possible.
It will be too bad to see Dr. Condoleezza Rice leave as she has done an excellent job and I don't think Clinton even comes close to Rice's class and ability and diplomacy.
Re: Mergers – Agreed 100%
YES!!!!!! Hilary 08'
yesssssssss!!!!!!
I hope she gets it. I wanted to vote for her for president! It would be a smart choice on his part because she has many supporters!
Go for it hill dog!!!!!
If she does get the gig she is going to need to start the dermal fillers up again being on TV all the time. Sad that women have to do that in politics, and men don't, but it is a necessity for public opinion.
thats all we need an other power hungry menopausal shrew! she should quit, go home and start KNITTING like all good old ladies!
a little late on that, huh perez?
Hellllllllllz YEAH!!!!! SHE SHOULD BE THE PRESIDENT-ELECT THEN STUID ASS
For all you dumb asses who says "where is the change, we are putting the Clinton's back in office", I say to you this. When Bill Clinton was in office, we all had jobs, we weren't trillions of dollars in the debt, gas wasn't $5.00 a gallon, and we weren't involved in a some bullshit ass war. This is a smart move. Put people in office who know what the hell they are doing.
YES!!!! I voted for Obama gladly, yet I still believe that Hillary Clinton would have been the better choice but I think that she would be a great Sec. of State….I think that alot of people are thrown that Obama would have Clinton and former members of the Clinton White House on his team, yet people forget that the Clinton years was very good to America, especially in regards to the economy. I think Obama is doing his best to surround himself with the best people and most just happened to be associated with the Clintons.
no
Obama, Clinton, Richardson, Kerry, Pelosi, and Reid all controlling our government, sounds like a horror movie. We couldn't have a more worthless and incompetent group of politicians running our country.
aw HELL NO, there's a reason she wasn't the nominee…put someone in there who knows this stuff, the Obama Administration is there in part because of his promise to heal international wounds…appoint her to H&HS
Re: M3chick – Did you forget Clinton happened to be on of the better Presidents we've had? The Economy was at its best and he was well respected worldwide! I don't mind that! The United States could use some of that right now
NO! SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FUCKING PRESIDENT.
Re: hola123 –
Clinton didn't have any success until he started working with a Republican majority in Congress.
Yes! She should have been Vice President, but Obama didn't want to take that good of a risk, so he picked douche-bag. Oh well.
I think she would be great in this position.
She is the rightful president. This is a fitting consolation prize since we have to take it.

I think the best candidate for Secretary of State, is the candidate that Barack Obama appoints to the post. He has been entrusted by the majority of Americans, who believe that he will make "informed" decisions based on the best interests of the country. People who are not fully informed on every aspect of the job, and every qualification of the candidates, are not equipped to answer that question to any degree worth hearing.
mamajud [20] says: bill richardson……….hell….bill clinton for that matter

Hey mami jud. RE-member me? Snicker. Hey, could you reach over and bee-autch slap that CharMole and Gemini[two-facesHaveI]Jeff ~ I can't reach. Make it a good back-hand wollup. Maybe you could throw in Melissa-is-Always-Easy, and we'll call it the three-stooges triple-header.

I think Hillary will work hard to be excellent at whatever job she has. I think she'd be a great Sec. of State.
