why do you have to print all these layoffs? are they a surprise? these banks engaged in pushing subprime mortgages and raising people's credit limits to the point that they need the rest of their lives to pay credit card debt off if they use it. This is all a trickle down effect, one business effecting another. another major cause is lack of consumer spending due to fear. You know, when you turn on the NEWS and they start off the show, 'should you hide your money under your mattress'. Yes, that makes you want to go to circuit city and buy a big screen tv.
