Heather Locklear Officially Charged With Driving Under The Influence!

Heather Locklear has been charged with one count of driving under the influence as a result of her arrest back in September.
But it wasn't alcohol or narcotics, it was a prescription medication that caused the star to drive erratically - or so that's what she's been charged with.
Prescription for what?
Guess we'll find out!
The good news is that she didn't injure anyone (or herself) while driving under the influence.

This is such a shame because Heather always seemed to have it together. It seems like ever since she and Richie split that she has kind of lost it. I think Heather is awesome though and hopefully she will be able to overcome her demons.

I think it's Denise's fault that Heather is having problems.
If she HAS to be on prescription drugs, then she shouln't drive. I have to take prescription drugs for an illnes, my doc advised me to take them at night and the following day I can drive to work without danger to anyone. Think about it.
Of course it was a prescription for meds. Oxycontin. I bet it freaked her out being high and in the 'nick'. I bet she was having TJ Hooker flashbacks and kept asking after Shatners wife….
Interesting a Mexican guy coming home from an all nighter of gambling hit my parked car head on and totaled it..sending my car into the next door neighbors yard….the cops let him off because he said he had "prescription pills" that were verified and they can't take him in over that…hmm very interesting! I guess the laws in Cali are different..the guy acted very erratic and nutso too..to this day not sure why they let him off..although they did get a call about a "murder" at the same time..maybe that was more enticing….I still love Heather….it's hard getting older in Hollywood…give a girl a break! She's still lovely and beautiful!!
