Your question doesn't make much sense..You say yourself that God is the universe, whether you are taking that as the stance others make or are saying that yourself, so how can there be a rock bigger than the universe? How does God pick up anything anyway? He's not a physical body, more like a being.

This has got to stop! Gay marriage is banned by the CA State Constitution. You lose. It's over. Move on. Don’t get me wrong, it was pretty ballsie to take such a huge issue, such as gay marriage, and put it before the public for a definitive vote. They are either going to vote Yes or No. It is either going to be black or white for now on. THERE IS NO GRAY AREA ANYMORE! You could have just left everything alone and continued to live in the gray area. I mean, you had an activist CA Supreme Court Judge determine gay marriage was legal in CA. You could have just left it alone and continued to live in the gray area, but noooooooooooo, you had to get all big and bad and try, too soon, to amend the CA state constitution to legalize Gay Marriage.
And question- How can something be unconstitutional when it is NOW in the constitution???
If this vote wasn’t a vote by a final call in a Super Bowl Football game. The score is tied, there are seconds left on the clock…..TOUCHDOWN!!!!! But was his foot in-bounds when he caught the ball?? The referees are looking at the playback, discussing the play. And after looking at everything, the referees determine that it was in fact a touchdown. Now, what if on the next day, after countless reviews of the footage, the losing team goes to the NFL and says that wasn’t a touchdown. This is not fair. And let’s say, for argument’s sake, his foot wasn’t in-bounds. Do you honestly think they would reverse the call????? NO!! Because then everyone, from now on, would scream “not fair” whenever the referee makes a call that they do not agree with. Football teams would soon have to hire attorneys to challenge every call made by the referees, and football would probably not be much fun to watch anymore, since every call would be challenged and then repealed, and a simple 2 minute process turns into 2 hours.
Do you not realize what you are doing, if this amendment does get repealed? From now on, anything put to a vote could be challenged!!! That is by far the worst thing that could happen. It is even worse than gay marriage being banned by the CA State Constituion.

They passed an ammendment to prohibit it, and then they passed another one to, ummmm, "unprohibit it." So why don't you take a little journey from A to B and see where I'm going with this. Not only will we try to overturn this vote, we will also go to the federal constitution. And that is oh-so-legal it hurts. We'll see many many ballots about this before it is over. Bring it on cuz the gays have been waiting forever, and they can wait a little while longer. They have nothing to lose–and generally people who don't have anything to lose tend to fight that much harder.

When the Constitution of the United States was written, not only did the Founding Fathers not give rights to blacks or women, they didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE homosexuality.

You have just said in the first sentence that He could "thoretically create a rock that he could not pick up." My question was how is it that he could manage this feat? You do not explain how this is "theoretically" possible. Then you say that he could create someone else to pick it up for him, and that that being, through God, could pick it up. Again. Not the answer to THIS question. In fact it doesn't even make sense. You are assuming that something else stronger then he is could pick it up, but that means you are also assuming that something is more powerful then he is… ????

California's Prop. 8 may "go against" the top secret marriage article that is well hidden in the federal constitution, but the Declaration of Independence clearly indicated that same sex marriages are prohibited.
