Good! Target's home decorating stuff is MUCH nicer than Walmart's, but it's too damned expensive. You can get the same stuff at regular home decor shops for less.

What a laugh! I bought two Britax Marathon carseats on Sunday for $42.99 each, got my confirmation email and order numbers, and then had Target canceled my order the next day. They said it was a price glitch, and I can buy the seats for $280 each. They obviously don't want me in their stores this holiday season or they would honor the price. Target sucks. I like a lot of their stuff, but honestly, I can find all somewhere else.
who cares what target does with their prices, EVERYONE is slashing prices b/c of the economy troubles. Walmart, target, sears, macy's will all slash prices. duh perez it's called COMPETITIVE SHOPPING
maybe Target should be recongnized more on how they DONT support our troops, or let toys for toys set up at their stores. Not even the salvation army. GREEDY company. They dont even sell yellow ribbons or anything to support our men at war. SHAMEFUL

I love the ignorance of these type of comments. Obviously spoken by someone that has never worked for Wal Mart and is willing every single thing she hears on the internet and see's on TV. I've worked for Wal Mart for nearly 7 years now and i've never been close to making mininum wage… more then I can say then if you applied at Target or K-Mart… either of those places you start at or near minimum and go from there… from what i've heard of course. One thing that everyone forgets about Wal Mart and their 'slave wages and practices' is that you got to keep in mind that Wal Mart is a RETAIL store. If your looking for job where you will make tons of money, Wal Mart isn't it and was never intended to be it… just like all other retail type companies. I'm not saying Wal Mart is perfect but its damn sure not anywhere near as bad as what Wal Mart haters make it out to be.
Uhm, take what? Target sucks ass! Earlier this week they made a pricing error on their website. Instead of honoring the price, they cancelled all orders without even notifying the people that placed the orders. Their return policy is awful and their products are crap. GO WAL-MART!

Please don't mistake my little rant as in suggesting Wal Mart is the best place in the world to work… i'm just saying its not nearly as bad as what its rumored to be. Most people that comment on the 'slave labor' and whatever else have never worked there. Sure, i'd love to make more money but what i'm making now is pretty good for a retail job… close to $12 an hour. I'll take that $12 an hour over what i'd make working for K-Mart or Target.
Target lowering prices is great but don't be alarmed when Wal-Mart starts sitting next to GM asking for billions in bailout money because 'target was mean to them"
