Michael Jackson is "Sick" - or So He'd Like Us To Believe

Wacko Jacko is trying to use a sick note to get out of testifying in London in a suit brought against him by Arab sheikh Al Khalifa.
The prince is claiming that Jacko owes him 7 million buckaroos for a contract that the Prince of Pop never carried through with.
Michael's lawyer, Robert Englehart, is insisting that it would be "unwise for him to travel, given what's he's got now," but would not elaborate on the mysterious ailment.
Is it Janet-like Vertigo???? That must run in the Jackson family!
Khalifa's lawyer is not buying it, calling the medical evidence "unsatisfactory" and pointing out that this isn't the first time Jackson has tried to squirm his way out of court.
Englehart is claiming that the $7 mill was a gift, and not the advance for the album, autobriography, and stage play that Khalifa is claiming. Khalifa, an aspiring songwriter, says he feels betrayed, as both a friend and a professional. The sheikh also bankrolled Jackson's stay in Bahrain.
Jackson's camp is arguing that the contract was signed on behalf of Al Khalifa's endeavored label 2 Seas Records, which never got off the ground.
Judge Nigel Sweeney will make his decision on Thursday.

I saw on a documentary about him that he learned this whole "sick act" thing from his good friend Elizabeth Taylor, who got an upset Academy award out of being sick.

Malia and Sasha can invite all of their friends, especially the boys. We'll have lots of rides, like the ferris wheel in my avatar, games, food and drink (think Jesus juice) and other surprises. I'll perform my famous crotch grab while I sing "We are the World".
Late in the evening, I'll have a private screening of a really scary movie and 1, maybe 2, lucky boys will get to see it with me. Moms don't worry, I'll be right there in bed, nude, holding on, waiting to comfort your terrified sons. Oh goody, I can hardly wait!

HEY! Vertigo is no joke - I suffered from it a few months ago and it's horrible to stumble around trying not to puke. Yeah, it sounds like a really bad hangover, but it's much much worse. Janet had my full sympathies.
