She was asked about it by reporters while promoting her new show, so not sure how Barbara Walters think she initiated it. However, with the exception of Whoopi Goldberg, the dames that sit around that ugly table are the ones who keep bringing it up and making sly digs about it… "wink wink" — I think what really bugs them is that a popular multi-Emmy award winning host showed up and made them all look like the no-Emmys-in-12-years plateheads that they are.
