i know….he back tracked a little when he realized it was in holland…………..looks like i'll have to whip up something else for the sleepover……hubby's on his way home empty handed
we use safety belts for our dogs. it's just common sense. i don't want them to die if i'm in a car accident, so i take the same precautions for them as i do for myself. there are safety harnesses designed for dogs of all sizes, and if you really care about your pets, why WOULDN'T you use one? it is not "gay" and has nothing to do with them having or not having souls or going to heaven (like some other weirdo poster said), i just love my pets and want them to be around as long as possible.
It's the double mint twins!!!! If I had long blond hair I think this is the last dog I would buy….but you are what you eat.

Afghan hounds are the supermodels of the doggie world.
a certain semi-well known tee shirt company based in so. california has this type of dog stationed within the company headquarters every day (the married couple own the dog and the company). the emplyee's were instructed to not look the dog in the eye (hence massive barking and potential attack) nor interact with the dog at all. The Afhgan is in the building everyday and is always with the owners during lunch in the common area where others would like to have lunch–but the ferocity of their 'prized' dog, and the lackluster attention of the owners, keep the employees away.
