Following the poor ratings performance of her first (and last) variety show, Rosie O'Donnell took to her haiku style blog to respond to fans' praise, comments, and criticisms, and even explain why she thought the NBC-hosted show didn't go over so well with viewers.
She also revealed that she's taking a "break"!
Hasn't she been on a break mostly since she left The View????
As to why the show sucked, says O'Donnell:

Re: Than Thou – Well we all have opinions, I just liked her first original show, and then her stint on the view. Besides that Conan is moving up to Leno's spot soon, and its gonna take some big feet to fill his slot. And even if people dislike her she still is outspoken in a way that gives her watercooler talk, good or bad. Either way we havent seen the end of her.
