Now that Britney is looking more like (a heavily sedated version of) her old self, K-Fed's got to get his side of the story out. And via People Magazine he wants everyone to know that he's really not such a bad guy and that his children are his number one priority.
Until they're 18.
In the interview, he talks about meeting Britney ("Our eyes met and that was it" - oh boy, was it ever!) and how the happiest part of their marriage was…getting married ("I never thought that I would get married but it wound up happening." Translation: "I'm set bitch! Time to get sperminating!"), but says he was "blindsided" by the divorce, which Britney did "behind my back."
That witch!

A lot of people assumed you fought for custody of the kids because of money.
My first question to [my lawyer] was, "Am I ever going to be able to see my children?" I told him that I would spend every last dime that I had to make sure that my children are okay. That's all that mattered. I didn't know how much power Britney had. That really scared me.
How did you react in January when Britney locked herself in the bathroom with Jayden and was later taken to the hospital on a gurney?
That whole night is a blur. You want to talk about one of my lowest points of depression, that was probably one of them. I was very, very worried for her ’cause I care about her. Oh, man, it's totally turning around. It works out that [the kids] get to see her. There's structure over there, there's structure at my house. We're trying to keep the same type of schedule. It doesn't have to be completely perfect, but the foundation is there.

Trashing the only person that provided stability and nurture (even if it was done via the nannies) to the 2 kids she claims to really love shows that she has absolutely not matured or learned or become even remotely humble by her so called "experiences". I give him credit for stepping up to take care of his kids when Britney went nutty! I never would've thought he had it in him to do that. I remember when Britney went on and on about how she wanted to have kids and be a young mom and what happened? She didn't want to be a Mom to them and wanted to party obviously since she lost custody of them and barely showed up to court to fight for them! She seems like a nice girl, I hope she gets her life back on track.

Everyone in here are idiots. To everyone that says that britney was pimping out her kids, when did she ever do that??? If she wants to go shopping on melrose or whatever and she has the kids, it's her right. So many other celebrities do this and it's fine. And also, the courts gave Kevin custody because they saw Britney was not well and was not able to care for them because of her mental issues. She is getting treatment now and the courts are giving her more time with her kids and that is all that matters.
