Tuesday night, Keanu Reeves was spotted leaving London restaurant Tamarin with a glass of red wine in his hand.
Sad to say, but the once hot actor was looking super shiteous!
As soon as he spotted the paparazzi, Keanu made every attempt to hide the glass with his coat.

Last time I was there (2 yrs ago) open containers were very much legal in the UK

definitely legal to drink on the streets of london, cops can ask you not to in certain areas but you won't get in trouble unless you refuse. gotta love the brits haha.

1, Drinking on the streets of the UK is banned on SOME streets. Normally ones where there are a lot of bars (Such as Leicester Sq), and you can get a £500 fine off of the Local Authroity.

I don't think it's illegal. At least in France and Italy and other European countries it isn't. It's frowned upon and you're looked at as a 'wino'-their term- which is like the equivalence to a homeless person in the good U.S.of A.

As already stated - it IS legal to drink on the street in the UK, UNLESS there are signs up telling you otherwise (e.g. you're not allowed to drink in some parks or residential areas).
