Another one!

Bally's Total Fitness has filed for bankruptcy.

This is the second time in two years they've filed for Chapter 11 protection!

      hmm.. the ballys i work out with just got rebuilt mabye 3yrs ago with all new equipment to boot. all the tread mills, lifecycles, elliptical machines - pretty much all the cardio equip - have individual 12" flatscreens. about 50-60 in all…if other ballys are so equipped this news comes as no surprise.

      They are a bunch of bullies at Bally's. I am surprised they are still in business anyway. Their sales force loves to double team you and they get really pissed when you dont sign up. If you do it is near impossible to get out of the membership. There are a lot better and nicer gyms out there.

      If fitness memberships weren't so expensive then more would join. I didn't join bally for 2 reasons, Price and distance.

      The only reason I still go to Bally's is because I got a super great deal for $300 down and $15/per year. I have been going there for 18 years now. But I have to admit, they are so gross. I go to three different ones in the LA area. They never clean the bathrooms, no paper towel, old machines, the weights are never put away and are everywhere to trip over. My friends all tell me how great their gyms are and I just tell them what a sh*thole Bally's is!!

      Bally's should go out of business for good. All they do is take people's money and pack people in with not enough equipment and allow gays to loiter in the showers, saunas, steam rooms trying to have sex and watch men taking their cloths off so they can get a glimse of their d*cks. Lots of gays go there and spend all their time in the dressing room and never go into the exercise area. I'm sure Mario knows a lot about that

      SO THIS MEANS I SHOULDNT BOTHER PAYING MY OUTSTANDING BILL? THOSE PEOPLE ARE FUCKING ASSHOLES. I FROZE MY ACCOUNT FOR 6 MONTHS TO COME BACK TO OPEN IT UP AGAIN AND SHE THAT THEY CONITNUED TO CHARGE ME THE FULL AMOUNT!!! FUCKERS!!!!!! THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE MY 4 DOLLARS DURING THE FREEZE!!! AND WHEN I TRIED TO DISPUTE IT AND CALL THEM..NO ONE AND I MEAN NOT A SOUL ANSWERED MY CALL!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR A DAMN GOOD HOUR!!! FUCK THEM!

      Maybe it's b/c they suck & rip people off. Also, gym's like Planet Fitness that have memberships as low as $10/month are taking away all of their members.
