Well P, I am a Graphic Design major, and I am going to phrase this cover, it is so good. Minus her name bleeding off the edge like that.. But I don't think they used as much Photoshop as you seem to think, sorry!

I like Kate Hudson, and in this picture she does look like Keira a bit, but Keira is definitely the better and more talented actress. Kate hasn't gotten critical acclaim for any performance for a very long time, whereas Keira gets Oscar buzz every year.
Kate Hudson in person is just an average looking person. What people like in these pictures is how she's been 'fixed'. Nothing against Kate, but she's never looked like this.

Harper's Bazaar need to stop hiring washed up actresses and hire REAL models. with models you don't have to use much photoshop, it will save them time and money. However I do like this picture.
