Demi Lovato's publicist reveals exclusively the cause of those marks on her wrist.

"She was wearing wearing Gummy bracelets prior to arriving" at Miley's bday bash and "they left indentations on her wrist," says her rep.

Them was some tight ol' gummy bracelets!!

Was she wearing her little sis' set?

      I was a self-injurer for 9 years, and I've been away from the razor for about 3. I can tell you that those look like healing wounds, and they look just like the cuts I would leave on myself.
