Robbie Williams to Reunite with Take That?
A little over ten years ago, Robbie Williams said sayonara toTake That, the boy band that helped him become a household name in the UK, to embark on a solo career in America.
We all know how well that turned out!
We bet more than 1/2 of you reading this don't even know who the hellz he is!
Anyway, for the half of you who might give a damn, it looks like Robbie's swallowed his pride, has tired of trying to make contact with aliens, and has said that he's open to rejoining Take That, who are still going strong in the UK. In fact, their latest release is on its way to selling 1 million.
In a recent blog post Robbie wrote, "I'd love to be in the band again but I've got some unfinished business of my own… We got together a lot over the summer. It was amazing. We've all matured a lot since we parted. I'm very pleased to say the differences we've had have just melted away. We had a lot of serious chats. Everything we had problems with just boils down to one thing - victims of circumstance. No one was wrong, no one was right. After they left, I felt like a tonne of bricks had been removed from my shoulders. We'd put right what an awful lot of other broken bands fail to do."
It looks like the band may be warming up to the idea of a reunion with Robbie. Current Take That member, Gary Barlow, told the Sun, "The band has been having great fun with Robbie and we've been talking a lot. It's been really good getting to know him again. He has sorted himself out and is in a really good place at the moment. It's great news that he's decided to come back to the UK. I've always loved working here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else - and I've been telling Robbie for a while now that he needs to move back. I think the time is right for him to come back now. I don't think the US is the best place for him to be. This is where he thrives and moving is the best thing he can do for his career. He's got a lot of unfinished business here and he'll be back to his best in no time if he comes home."

Everyone knows the song "Angels" and that is a Robbie Williams song. The Ego has Landed, his debut in the US, is one of the best pop/rock albums of the past 20 years. He makes the kind of music they used to play on the radio.
I think his weirdness kept him from crossing over in the US, but he's great.

I love Take That. I don't know if I'd want Robbie to go back. He's a huge star in his own right and could probably still sell out stadiums on his own. I prefer Take That without Robbie. They're not fighting.
Americans don't know Take That? They don't know the Killers, The Strokes, Kings of Leon because they're all bands that love the UK because our music taste is all over the place. Kings of Leon have been #1 this year and they're a hugely popular band. The Killers did a show here in February and said they loved the UK because we took notice of them. Kings of Leon are MASSIVE here. We don't need to follow America. We tried that once and look what happened? We got a new PM because of it.

It will not happen, it is hearsay. Robbie does not get along with the rest of the boys at all. It was the reason for their split. Last year or so, they did a documentary about their past fame and talking about it all, Robbie refused to even appear in the documentary. Its not happening perez.
