Angelina Jolie Announces That Her Next Movie Will Be...
Maleficent!
At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!
Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!
She explains:
"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."
And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!
So, so cool!

I don't know why you think she's so "wacked out" (Shouldn't that be "whacked")? She seems perfectly charming to me. Letterman rattles almost everyone, and Paula handled his jokes quite well.

Why are you all picking on Paula. She did not start that stupid discussion. It was the idiotic Letterman, whose jealousy over Fox had him making remarks that were not only foolish, but definitely defined his jealousy because most of the Fox programs surpass his by miles. He not only embarrassed his guest, Paula, who reacted with shock to his insinuations, but he also proved himself to be a total jerk.
Can't wait to see how HSN handles her this weekend. LOL I mean that girl is seriously strung out on some kind of pills…..

I used yo luvv Paula back in da day when I was a kid.Now she is strange and fucked up on something and her clothes are strange.She acts half as bad as Anna Nicole r.i.p. and worse than Britney.
I watched the interview the night of the airing and I can say that Paula was NOT whacked. She was uncomfortable by Dave going 'there', and if anything, Dave was the whack one. Also, her outfit is 'different' but she looked fantastic in it.
She should never have been on AI anyway. Who lipsynced should not judge talented singers!!!!
Also, I think Paula has a case in suing the producers. They put her in danger, KNOWINGLY. I do think that David was serious in his attempt to put this on her producers by legally going after them. I truly think that he is appalled by this and was trying to impart words of wisdom and bonhomie.
