First of all Africa is a continent. The second largest really. Secondly, Freetown Sierra Leone has historic ties with freed American slaves and it is understandable that Washington would be granted a citizenship status based on "DNA" and I am sure he qualified based on other factors too. No matter how "messed up" Africa might be, it is a huge continent and it is time non Africans realize this and stop refering to her and minimizing her into a mere country.
