The make-up is well applied. Yes, there's a lot but you didn't give us a complete body shot to know how the overall effect turned out. I think it would be better if she lightened her brows up because there's still too much of a contrast between the ever-changing hair color and her brows.
If you did a little bit of study, you would know that there is a segment of society, lots of Scots-mixed folks (but most strikingly seen in men) in Canada, that have natural red hair and almost black facial and body hair.
She is no Dita that's for damn sure…give it up and go back to looking like your old self Evan. This look is not working for you at all.
