Scott Ruffalo's Death Now Being Ruled A Homicide
So we thought it was gonna be a case closed in the death of Mark Ruffalo's brother's death.
An attorney for former suspect Shaha Mishaal Adham successfully argued that Scott Ruffalo died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after a drug-induced round of Russian Roulette, resulting in Adham's release.
But, now, the coroner's report is saying that the evidence says otherwise - that Ruffalo was shot by someone else. The case is now being ruled as a homicide.
In an email, Adham's lawyer, Ronald Richards, wrote, "The only two eye witnesses to the shooting saw the same thing, a gunshot wound to the left side of the head, while one of them saw him pull the trigger. They saw the gun in his left hand after the shot was fired."
No traces of gunshot residue were found on Adham's clothing.
Police have yet to name any suspects.
The investigation continues.

It sounds like they're then saying that those two did it or that a third party was present and they at least witnessed a murder. Either way they're in it now, as they already confessed to being present at the time.
