What the hell is going on here?!

Okay so, what has Lily Allen been snorting?

Because this is her second major fashion disaster in less than 48 hours!

Miss Allen went out for a bit of last minute Christmas shopping on Friday, and this dress suit and sheer shirt combination is what she chose to go frolicking around London in.

You know, that's one small step away from Wino or Wacko behavior!

I think she looks great, but Lily has a very old fashioned style of English "I couldn't give a fuck" wit and sence of humour that's working really well for her these days! Well done Miss Lily!

      I'm a huge fan, but YOU have no fashion sense, pink hair & a clothing line that doesn't stand out whatsoever. I've seen you comment on other disasters saying they're fabulous, but you wouldn't know fashionable if it hit you right across the face. Lily Allen can dress & this is risky but amazing. There is no way she would ever stoop down to look like Wino.
