Kiki Wins In Court

As we mentioned earlier this month, Kirsten Dunst actually had a stalker.

Some creepy dude was found trespassing on the "actress'" canyon property in the Hollywood Hills. And the trespasser had done it before.

Well, good news for Kiki.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Drunkst a retraining order against a 25 year-old delusional Christopher R. Smith.

Smith has been ordered to stay away from Drunkst, as well as her personal assistant, her home, and any place she may work.

Work? Hah!

Neither Drunst nor Smith attended the hearing.

What type of stalker is that?

Typically stalkers are the first ones in the courtroom with the hopes of catching a glimpse at their target of obsession.

Maybe Smith was just a stupid burglar who couldn't figure out how to break into her home?

Either way, Kiki has won this case.

Let's hope Smith stays away.
