Sopranos Actor Found Dead

Sad news, especially during the holidays.
Police are reporting that John Costelloe, the actor who played the gay-fireman lover of a mobster on The Sopranos has died in New York.
He was a victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Costelloe played the short-order cook Jim "Johnny Cakes" Witowski opposite Joseph Gannascoli, who played the main gay mobster.
Gannascoli stated "I was shocked when I heard, and it still hasn't really sunk in. I never detected anything troubling about him. I enjoyed all the time I ever spent with him."
Costelloe's 77 year-old dad says, "It's beyond me. This is too much for me to handle right now."
According to polce rep Lt. John Grimpel, Costelloe was found dead on December 18th at his Brooklyn home of an apparent suicide.
Police were only called to his home after family members couldn't reach the 47 year-old actor.
His family, friends, and fans are now left hurting over his loss.

I'll bet Vito is upset. I loved those two together. He will be missed. Next time, don't kill yourself, kill a child molester..surely that would bring some relief of your pain. I'm sad, I watch every Soprano out there and his season was the best ..season 6.

I have known people who committed suicide. It is not the answer.
But my heart aches for them. The sorrow and despair, that would lead an individual to believe that this is the only relief, has got to be a cold dark lonely scary place.
People say mean and hateful and cruel things to ugly fat girls like me everyday, and it really hurts, believe me.
So I just suck it up, back up to them, and give them a giant qweef that they'll remember for the rest of their life.

Golly, yes, sometimes suicide IS the answer! If pain is unrelenting, who would impose continued living on someone??? People who are terminal have the right to go. If we don't have sovereignty over our OWN existences, what DO we have rights to? I've seen "bad" suicides and good ones both. And a couple that were kind of neutral. I like Vonnegut's idea of suicide parlors where people can do it comfortably and rationally. I know that if I decided to kill myself I wouldn't want anyone trying to talk me out of it.
Why did you do it? If I haven't done it, no one should. I know that your not going to Hell. ..that's just an old myth. RIP Johnnycakes.
