Man Shot At Brad's Film
We guess some people take going to the movies very seriously.
On Christmas day, crazy ass James Joseph Cialella Jr. of South Philadelphia went to watch a showing of Brad Pitt's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
During the movie a father and his son kept talking, which angered Cialella, understandably so. It angered him so much, though, that he decided to take out a .380-caliber gun and shoot the father!!!
WTF?????
Police were called to the movie theatre at 9:30pm on Christmas night. The victim told authorities that a man sitting next to him and his family told them to be quiet and even threw popcorn at his son. And after a heated exchange between the two men, Cialella allegedly got out of his seat to confront the family.
The victim then stood up to protect his son and that's when he got shot once in the arm. Moviegoers quickly ran out of the theatre but Cialella sat down to watch the rest of the movie.

Police arrived a short time later, arrested the 29 year-old Cialella and took his gun. Cialella is being charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and weapons violations.
Police spokesman Lt. Frank Vanore said, "It's truly frightening when you see something like this evolve into such violence."
Was it worth it???? We sure hope he enjoyed the movie!
Thankfully, no one was critically hurt.

The government will take guns from every law-abiding american and the crazies-like this dude- will know you aren't packin' for sure and unload a few rounds in you on Christmas Day. I carry a concealed weapon and have a lisense to do so. My gun is registered, I have been trained and I am mentally stable. If you think gun control his going to affect the unregistered, black market sales of guns to criminals you are saddly mistaken. These laws would be about as effective as the anti-drug laws. Preach self preservation people. Survival of the fittest and he who has the biggest gun!!!

We have VERY strict gun control laws here in Germany - and "guns are NOT everywhere" here….I really think it would help to cut the crime rate of murders for practically no reason at all like that one in the USA if it would not be as easy to have guns in public! Of course, any criminal can also buy - with some difficulties at least in the German state of Bavaria, maybe easier in "immigrant" cities such as Berlin or Frankfort - guns here in Germany as well, if he absolutely wants to, but: That man was just in ANGER, if U.S. laws would NOT have allowed him to buy a gun just cause he "wants" to own one, he would not have had it AT HAND when he was angry at the victim…maybe this man, unable to control his anger, would have shouted at the victim or hit him physically, but most probably would NOT have killed him. continued…

Doesn t it make you THINK that in all(!) the countries worldwde with very strict gun laws there always is miuch LESS murders and serious crimes compared to no-gun-control countries such as the U.S.??
People ARE allowed to buy weapons here, but ONLY in very, very RARE cases, i.e. you must PROOF to the authorities that you have a HIGH potential of being targeted by lunatics or criminals. E.g. being an "endangerd" celebrity or having a dangerous job is NOT enough for being granted this right! Very few politicians and for example SOME (not all!) bodyguards are allowed weapons here, and their personality is checked in advance, i.e. they must not have any records with the police or mental psychological problems in the past, a.s.o.
I really think this REDUCES the probability of murders…Even FEWER people and private persons that are legally allowed to have a weapon in their HOME are allowed to carry the weapon WITH THEM in public!

They are so many things wrong with this story, but for every action their is a reaction. It could have being prevented.
