Mistress is the antithesis of a health nut. I haven't eaten a vegetable since '79 and rarely eat fruit. However I am blessed with a strong constitution and am never ill and my doctor jokes with me that I have somehow "evolved" past the grass eating blood groups and I thrive on all the crap I eat.
I had both my babies in my early 40's and they're strong, healthy illness-free children so I guess it's whatever works for each person.
I'd be sick as a dog if I ate "healthy" - it somehow poisons my system.
Go figure.
