The Katy Perry look-a-like is reported to have said yes to the engagement the weekend before Christmas.
The happy couple have only been together for about a year.
A friend of Zooey's says, "She is so excited."

Are you actually serious? Katy, Zooey and Emily (Bones aka Dr. Brennan in the TV show Bones) are not ALL related. Emily is Zooey's older sister. Neither are related to Katy Perry. Katy is not even close to being as talented as Zooey. She's dust in the wind.
