The network is urging all Californians to vote NO on Prop 8!

We hoped that someone would give y'all free coffee for voting, and our wish came true…for Floridians.

Starbucks Florida stores just released this statement:

Floridians have persevered through hanging chads, faulty touch screens and long lines, and for that, Starbucks is rewarding voters statewide on Election Day.  On Tuesday, November 4th, voters who wear an "I Voted" sticker or show their voter registration card in any company-owned Starbucks Florida location will receive a complimentary tall brewed coffee.

 This is the perfect opportunity to try the newly launched Thanksgiving Blend, a limited edition coffee created by Starbucks coffee experts in collaboration with Tom Douglas, renowned chef, culinary entrepreneur and the 2008 Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year. One Day at a Time's resident rebel without a cause, Mackenzie Phillips just scored a Get Out of Jail card on Friday with a guilty plea to felony drug charges.

The actress was arrested at LAX after baggies and balloons of drugs fell down her pant leg at security.

Yikes!

She will avoid jail time, but she does have to enroll in a drug diversion program instead. Once she completes the program, however, her guilty plea will be dropped, excising the incident from her records altogether.

Her lawyer, Blair Berk, also parts seas, walks on water, and makes rabbits appear out of top hats.

Phillips told the court, "I want to thank the Los Angeles Police Department and the Airport Police for stopping me — they saved my life" and then checked herself into rehab.

This will be Phillips' 10th stint in detox.

You know what they say: if at first you don't succeed….

Just go back to rehab!

It's official.

Hugh Hefner's former whores girlfriends are finally moving out of the Playboy mansion.

For the longest time, the girls had been denying they were no longer with Hef.

But now it's out in the open and Holly Madison has even been spotted around Vegas with Criss Angel - making out!

Even Kendra Wilkinson has been spotted with her own guy as well.

Now we're hearing from Hef's other former girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt. And while at the Playboy fragrance launch yesterday, Bridget released some interesting information.

She said, "Holly and Kendra are moving out right now."

As for Bridget's stay in the mansion, she adds, "I don't know how much longer I'll be there. I've been doing a Travel Channel show, so to be honest, I'm not even there that much at the moment anyway."

Poor girls. They've worked so hard to live at the mansion for free and be taken care of!

Teddy bear lover Ashlee Simpson has a lot to celebrate for. Especially her first-born child arriving soon. Very soon.

Soooo soon that the mom-to-be is getting ready for her baby shower this weekend, which she's managed to keep secret - until now.

An inside source reveals to Life & Style that Ashlee is "having a last-minute baby shower tomorrow. The location is top secret. They'll send out an e-mail to all invited guests early Saturday morning. Ashlee was eyeing the Bel-Air Hotel in LA — but no one will know exactly until tomorrow morning."

Well a last minute baby shower will make it hard for your guests to purchase gifts for your baby!

Between her money and Pete Wentz's, we bet they're pretty well off to spoil their kids.

The source adds, "This could be the last chance for everyone to see Ashlee before she becomes a mom."

You know Jessica Simpson is dying a bit each day with jealousy!

We hope everything is OK with Kate Hudson.

She's been looking less than spectacular these days. In fact, she's been looking quite whoreanus!!!!!

That's her at LAX on Thursday bound for London.

Maybe she lost her long-time make-up artist?

If that's the case, girl, pony up whatever money he/she needs.

You need to get you back to your old self.

We're having a hard time differentiating you from your momma!!

Amy Winehouse's drug dealers have pleaded guilty to drug charges.

Dealers John Blagrove and Cara Burton were also responsible for the not-so-flattering footage of Amy doing a bunch of drugs, wandering around in her squalid drug den, and trying to find her pet cat…and then selling the video to The Sun.

We don't know which is worse here!

Or which is more dumb!

Scotland Yard apprehended the couple back in June, after officers seized a memory stick containing the infamous Wino Gone Wild, as well as footage of a drug deal with British It Girl Peaches Geldof. A raid of their home also turned up a list of celebrity clients.

Wino, however, remained uncharged in the incident after it was determined there was not enough evidence to do so.

The couple will receive sentencing later in November.

They can say "Hello" to Blake for Amy.
