What bothers me most about female comics is that they mostly get "laughs" by being ugly and sarcastic and vulgar. Very cheap laughs by very cheap people. The females on SNL have specialized in that for years. The original SNL was funny because it was more satire. Now it's just the mean girls. And though Griffin works very hard, she is the meanest comedian around. Next time you watch her on TV, listen to what she says. I mean, really LISTEN. Ugh.
