    Pilates does work wonders. I'm naturally slender so I'm not big on exercising (New Years Resolution - trying to change that) and I've had back problems because of that. Because they are so minor, I was advised to try pilates. I only do it an hour a week - and its helped my back lots - but man! It will seriously tone you up!
