      Was even colder in the GTA canada.. i think it was about -19 or -20 C ! (i think thats about -4 F) luckily i felt safe running around downtown though, that bloody face picture is scary!

      BRITS ARE A SHAME!!! THEY NOT ONLY GET DRUNK TO DEATH IN THEIR COUNTRY BUT ALSO IN MANY OTHERS WHEN THEY TRAVEL, GRECE, SPAIN, ITALY……….THEY REALLY DOT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WHEN BOOZING; GIRLS ARE SOOO EASY, BRIT GUYS HOPE TO FIND THE SAME WHEN LEAVING THE UK.       I was in London this past October. One British guy I was working with would brag about how drunk he'd gotten the night before. He would say things like, "I was so pissed (drunk) that I wasn't even able to unlock the door to my flat, so I ended up sleeping on the sidewalk." He'd say that as if it was a GOOD thing, as if we were all going to be impressed with his excessive state of stupor.

      I have to agree, Brits don't know when to stop drinking.

      Woo go us! :p Seriously tho, this is giving us all a bad name. I was in Central London on NYE watching the fireworks, and I didn't see anything like this, just people having a good time. In fact, I saw tons of people having pictures taken with the police, who looked to be in a good mood themselves. :) Most of us know how to drink responsibly.

      at least they dont have guns over there like we do in the states. I worked NYE at a trauma center and we got gun shot wound after gun shot wound. it was insane.

      Thats really disgraceful, I live in essex and it is giving everyone tht lives there a bad name, it is possible to go out for a night and have a good time (especially on new years eve) without gettting to drunk to function properly.

      The (majority) British mentality is to work all week and party all weekend. This causes some to over do it and end up like the pictures shown. I am ashamed of this side of the british culture yet I DO NOT accept that this only happens in this country. Also a drunken fight is far less deadly that a DUI or gun shot wound.
