Insane Clown Posse Being Sued By Fan Injured At Concert

John Antonelli is suing rap rock duo Insane Clown Posse after being struck by a launched soda bottle at their show in North Dakota back in June 2007. The bottle was thrown into the audience by ICP member Violent J and hit Antonelli in the face, fracturing the bone beneath his right eye.
Antonelli is seeking $50,000 in damages and is also charging the venue with insufficient security and "control" of Violent J.
We're surprised Antonelli took his sweet time, and even more surprised that someone would actually admit to seeing an ICP concert…in North Dakota, of all places!
The trial will take place July 2009.

actually, they have always launched faygo two liters into the crowd, thats never been a "surprise" for those who have actually attended a show. he's looking to make a quick buck and might be in for a surprise bigger than a two liter to the face in the long run whether he wins the case or not. icp/psychopathic records fans are very protective and although they don't compare to mainstream fans numbers, they dwarf mainstream fans comradary and have a pretty tight knit group.
I never understand why people wait so long to sue. A year and a half is a little too long, it makes it look like a frivolous lawsuit.

On February 1, 2006, Insane Clown Posse fan Jacob Robida engaged in a series of hatchet attacks and a shooting spree which left three dead.
Between June 18 and June 20, 2006, attacks involving Juggalos were reported by the Seattle Times. The group, armed with a machete, attacked, robbed, and threatened to decapitate visitors to Fort Steilacoom Park in Tacoma, Washington, shouting "Whoop! Whoop! Juggalo!"
In February 2007, Colorado teenager Bryan Grove, a self-identified juggalo, stabbed his girlfriend's mother to death and was arrested.
In April, 2008 6 individuals kidnapped, beat, robbed and attempted to force 2 mentally disabled men into performing sexual acts on one another.
On July 30, 2008 in Salt Lake City, two men attacked a teenager with a medieval battle ax. During a recent Utah Gang Conference, law enforcers said they now classified Juggalos as a gang because of a continued pattern of criminal activity.
