Oprah might be depressed, y'all!

Oprah premiered her "Best Life" week on Monday, with an admission that she had "given up" on herself last year.
Although the Queen herself did not say she had been depressed, adviser and fitness expert Bob Greene suggested that the Queen might have been suffering from mild depression.
Just so you know, a fitness expert is not a qualified professional, no matter how many psychology books he's read!
After speaking with the Queen last year, Greene said, "I looked in her eyes, and she wasn't there. She was very vacant and distracted. It was alarming to me. I think I felt she was losing her zest for life, and that was one of the saddest moments."
If the Queen is sad, there's no reason to go on!
While trying to balance all the different aspects of her empire, the Queen had trouble sleeping and she began suffering from heart palpitations, and that's when she began packing on the pounds.
Then she belatedly realized she had a thyroid problem, but that didn't make her any happier. "All this year I've been hiding my body because I didn't want you to see it. Here I am one of the most visible people in the world, trying to hide my body."
But the Queen O has resolved to have a brighter, healthier, more balanced 2009, saying, "When you love yourself enough, you take care of yourself. You have to make yourself a priority."

I find it ironic that all the ads on every website says, "Try the Oprah diet"….What a joke. The woman is 250 pounds. Dieting doesn't work Oprah. Eat your doodoo berries or mung beans and stump paste but you will eventually go back to the fried chicken. Learn PORTION CONTROL and instead of eating a bucket of chicken, have only one piece….but no one can stay on strict diets forever. You are living proof and you have all the money in the world to hire chefs and trainers and anyone else to help you.

Oprah should have "The One" put his hand on her and heal her. He should be able to multiply fish and loaves which could be then marketed as a "Miracle" diet. This could very well be all the cure she needs.

When Oprah stops feeling sorry for herself, tell her to try it. Those poor families are the ones who should be depressed. She needs a reality check by taking herself off to a third world country and seeing what hunger and malnutrition is and be grateful for what she has.
